Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

VapeRoster (“VapeRoster.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is dedicated to protecting your personal privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality standards in managing your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you visit our website, register an account, or purchase our products.

2. Collection of Personal Information & Age Verification (21+)

To process your orders, fulfill transactions, and comply with US federal and state age-restriction laws, VapeRoster collects personal information necessary to deliver our services.

Types of Information Collected:

  • Account & Order Data: Full name, billing address, US shipping address, email address, and contact phone number.

  • Age Verification Data (21+ Mandatory): To comply with federal regulations restricting e-cigarette sales strictly to adults aged 21 and older, your first order undergoes mandatory age verification. We or our third-party verification partners may require government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License or Passport displaying your legal name, photo, and date of birth).

  • Technical & Payment Data: Payment details (processed securely via encrypted payment gateways) and standard web logs (IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers).

3. Storage, Use, and Delivery Records

You acknowledge and agree that VapeRoster and its authorized service partners may securely record and hold details of identification provided during checkout or delivery. All personal information collected is stored using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption and used solely for:

  • Verifying legal age eligibility (21+).

  • Fulfilling and delivering your orders.

  • Communicating critical order updates and customer support resolution.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

VapeRoster does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. We only disclose necessary details to trusted third-party service providers essential to completing your order, including:

  • US Domestic Shipping Carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or specialized local carrier partners) solely for package delivery.

  • Authorized Age Verification & Payment Processing Partners strictly for identity validation and payment clearance.

Your information will never be shared for any other purpose unless explicitly authorized by you or required by law enforcement or legal summons.
